Our Origin
We once believed that being a DMC meant delivering well, and nothing more. Then we travelled every corner of this land — the dawn mists over the grasslands, the dusk glow on the snow peaks, the hearth smoke of ancient villages — and we were undone by its richness. We realised that the outside world sees merely one page of a thousand-volume epic. That, we concluded, was not enough. So we stepped out from behind the scenes to build a bridge — so that every overseas partner and traveller might glimpse a diverse, living, and utterly extraordinary China. That is the genesis of GuruChina. Not a commercial decision. A conviction.

Who, then, are we? Three words: professional, reliable, and diverse. Professional, because our team carries two decades of luxury pedigree — forged at A&K, the gold standard by which all others are measured. Reliable, because we are a fully licensed DMC. The Founding Team
Our story spans two decades. From 2004 to 2014, we served the old-money families of Europe and America — the kind of clients who do not book travel; they commission experiences. Among them: the family of Formula 1 World Champion Fernando Alonso, and multiple American financial VIPs on private-jet expeditions across China. From 2014 to 2020, we pioneered outbound luxury for China's own high-net-worth individuals. We bridged Eastern sensibility with Western savoir-faire — a rare alignment of cultural fluency and operational precision. And from 2020 to 2022, when international travel stood still, we consolidated our domestic footprint. We brought world-class service to every province of China, creating over fifty deeply immersive journeys — not as a pivot, but as a deepening of our craft. We do not merely pursue luxury; we are its measure.
